Nevada Hydro resubmits application to construct 500 kilovolt transmission
line in Cleveland National Forest West of Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, Murrieta,
Temecula, and Fallbrook.
The controversial Lake Elsinore Advanced Pumped Storage (LEAPS) project
would use the transmission line to deliver it's electricty to the regional
power grid.
