Riverside County Grand jury report criticizes Wildomar city council decisions
regarding Cornerstone project and awarding of contracts to local business.
The council voted 3-2 to approve a project brought by Cornerstone Church
while at least two council members are members of or attend the church.
Wildomar business Diamond W Events was awarded contracts that were not
competitively bid. The company owner has prior relationships with current
council members.
